1. Then the LORD said to Cain, "Why are you angry? Why is your face downcast? (Gen. 4:6 )

2. Now therefore be not grieved, nor angry with yourselves, that ye sold me hither: for God did send me before you to preserve life. (Gen 45: 5 )

3. And all the men of Judah answered the men of Israel, Because the king is near of kin to us: wherefore then be ye angry for this matter? have we eaten at all of the king's cost? or hath he given us any gift? (2 Sam 19:42 )

4. He that is soon angry dealeth foolishly: and a man of wicked devices is hated. (Pro 14: 17)

12. Jonah's Anger at the LORD's Compassion  4:1  But it displeased Jonah exceedingly, and he was very angry.
