Today's Rhema
Gen 41:38 & 39, “So Pharaoh asked them, "Can we find anyone like this man, one in whom is the spirit of God? Then Pharaoh said to Joseph, "Since God has made all this known to you, there is no one so discerning and wise as you.”

Dear brothers and sisters,

Loving greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Today let us see about the importance of having the spirit of God in our lives. When we have the spirit of God we can interpret any dream or vision and unfold the difficult puzzles of our life and future with the help of God the Holy Spirit. The king of Egypt the Pharaoh rightly told about Joseph that he has the Spirit of God. The Pharaoh went through a problem since there was no one to help him to know the interpretation of the dream what he saw as in Gen 41:24, “I told this to the magicians, but none could explain it to me." Like this many are having their own problems today as a child of the almighty God you and I have the Spirit of God to help them. If we really want to do the glorious ministry for the lord we have to wait in the presence of God and get the anointing of God. That is why Jesus Christ commanded His disciples to wait and receive the Holy Spirit as in Acts 1:4 & 5, “On one occasion, while he was eating with them, he gave them this command: "Do not leave Jerusalem, but wait for the gift my Father promised, which you have heard me speak about. For John baptized with water, but in a few days you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit."

God told through the prophet Joel that in the last days he will pour out His Spirit on all flesh as in Joel 2:28, “'And afterward, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your old men will dream dreams, your young men will see visions.” Apostle Paul says through the Holy Spirit God gives the gifts to all the believers so that all can be out standing in any human standard and be useful to others as Joseph was used by God as in 1 Cor 12:8 to 11, “To one there is given through the Spirit the message of wisdom, to another the message of knowledge by means of the same Spirit, to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healing by that one Spirit, to another miraculous powers, to another prophecy, to another distinguishing between spirits, to another speaking in different kinds of tongues, and to still another the interpretation of tongues. All these are the work of one and the same Spirit, and he gives them to each one, just as he determines.”

When we are useful to settle the puzzles of life to others who are worried about their future through the help of the Holy Spirit like Joseph did here then, like this the kings and other leaders will honor us greatly as we read today. When God reveal the secrets and mysteries of others life through us people will really honor us like this as in Gen 41:40 to 45:
1. You shall be in charge of my palace,
2. And all my people are to submit to your orders.
3. Only with respect to the throne will I be greater than you."
4. Gen 41:41, “So Pharaoh said to Joseph, "I hereby put you in charge of the whole land of Egypt."
5. Gen 41:42, “Then Pharaoh took his signet ring from his finger and put it on Joseph's finger.
6. He dressed him in robes of fine linen
7. And put a gold chain around his neck.
8. Gen 41:43, “He had him ride in a chariot as his second-in-command,
9. And men shouted before him, "Make way!" Thus he put him in charge of the whole land of Egypt.
10. Gen 41:44, “Then Pharaoh said to Joseph, "I am Pharaoh, but without your word no one will lift hand or foot in all Egypt."
11. Gen 41:45, “Pharaoh gave Joseph the name Zaphenath-Paneah.”
12. And gave him Asenath daughter of Potiphera, priest of On, to be his wife. And Joseph went throughout the land of Egypt.

May the Lord bless each one of us today to have these spiritual gifts. Let us start thinking that all mysteries are belongs to our God as Joseph thought as in Gen 40:8, “We both had dreams," they answered, "but there is no one to interpret them." Then Joseph said to them, "Do not interpretations belong to God? Tell me your dreams." Amen.

Decision To Make

Prov 11:27 & 28, “He who seeks good finds goodwill, but evil comes to him who searches for it. Whoever trusts in his riches will fall, but the righteous will thrive like a green leaf.”

Things To Thank God

Psa 22:26, “The poor will eat and be satisfied; they who seek the LORD will praise him-- may your hearts live forever!”

Further Bible Study

Gen 41:8, “In the morning his mind was troubled, so he sent for all the magicians and wise men of Egypt. Pharaoh told them his dreams, but no one could interpret them for him.
Gen 41:25, “Then Joseph said to Pharaoh, "The dreams of Pharaoh are one and the same. God has revealed to Pharaoh what he is about to do.”
Num 12:6 to 8, “he said, "Listen to my words: "When a prophet of the LORD is among you, I reveal myself to him in visions, I speak to him in dreams. But this is not true of my servant Moses; he is faithful in all my house. With him I speak face to face, clearly and not in riddles; he sees the form of the LORD. Why then were you not afraid to speak against my servant Moses?"

Americas

Despite the large Christian presence and much evangelical activity, major challenges remain:
1 There are 6 countries where Evangelicals are below 5% of the total population:
a) North America: Greenland, St. Pierre & Miquelon
b) Latin America: Colombia, Cuba, French Guiana and Uruguay
2 Upper and middle classes in Latin America. These are generally less evangelized by Evangelicals
3 The urban poor. In North America they usually live in the decaying hearts of major cities; in Latin America it is in huge slums that ring or even permeate the major cities
4 Whole regions of some countries are far less evangelized than the rest of the country
5 Students in the universities. Only a small minority are Evangelicals
