Today's Rhema
Mat 13:18, “Listen then to what the parable of the sower means:

Dear brothers and sisters,

Loving greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Today let us see and study about the different types of lands in which the word of God is sown. Each land invariably produced different results as the seeds grew up. There are four types of grounds in which the word of God is sown. Let us see about them today.
1. The seed sown along the path: the seeds which are fallen on the path cannot grow very easily. The paths are used by the people for walking so they will be very hard in nature. So, the seed cannot easily penetrate inside the soil to grow and produce a good harvest. More over the birds of the air can very easily see and pick them since it is lying on the path so there won’t be any result at all as in Mat 13:19, “When anyone hears the message about the kingdom and does not understand it, the evil one (Satan) comes and snatches away what was sown in his heart. This is the seed sown along the path.” – [here the people cannot have much understanding on the word of God so there won’t be any change in there life style.]

2. The seed that fell on rocky places: There are people who accept the word of God happily but when they face any persecution for the lord Jesus Christ they will backslide in their commitment because they have no deep roots (understanding) in the word of God as in Mat 13:20 & 21, “The one who received the seed that fell on rocky places is the man who hears the word and at once receives it with joy. But since he has no root, he lasts only a short time. When trouble or persecution comes because of the word, he quickly falls away.”

3. The seed that fell among the thorns: two things can choke our Christian life from bearing fruits for the glory of God. They are the worries of this world and the deceitfulness of the wealth as in Mat 13:22, “The one who received the seed that fell among the thorns is the man who hears the word, but the worries of this life and the deceitfulness of wealth choke it, making it unfruitful.”

4. The seed that fell on good soil: any one who understands the word of God after hearing them can produce fruits in their life as in Mat 13:23, “But the one who received the seed that fell on good soil is the man who hears the word and understands it. He produces a crop, yielding a hundred, sixty or thirty times what was sown."

May the lord help each one of us to understand the word of God clearly through the work of the Holy Spirit to so that we can start producing results for the glory of the lord. Amen.

Americas

Isa.55:10, “As the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and do not return to it without watering the earth and making it bud and flourish, so that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater,”
John 4:36 to 38, “Even now the reaper draws his wages, even now he harvests the crop for eternal life, so that the sower and the reaper may be glad together. Thus the saying 'One sows and another reaps' is true. I sent you to reap what you have not worked for. Others have done the hard work, and you have reaped the benefits of their labor."
John 16:13, “But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come.”
