Mat 12:45, “Then it goes and takes with it seven other spirits more wicked than itself, and they go in and live there. And the final condition of that man is worse than the first. That is how it will be with this wicked generation."

Dear brothers and sisters,

Loving greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Today let us see and study about the evil spirit and its function on this earth in the last days. When a man is delivered from an evil spirit we must immediately ask God to come in side his heart and rule him other wise his condition will become worse than before. There are so many valuable lessons we can see and learn from the activities of the evil spirits. They are very much organized and focus to destroy a person or ruin his life. The bible clearly says that the Satan comes only to steal, kill and destroy as in John 10:10.

Let us study about it as the lord Jesus Has told in this place.
1. When some one comes to the lord Jesus Christ or to His disciples they will pray and cast out the evil spirit this is very common in this world as in Mat.12:43.
2. When a person is freed from the evil spirit that spirit will go in search of a dry place where there is no word of God is preached. Because the word of God is like a living water and that makes the evil spirit very tired as in Mat 12:43, “When an evil spirit comes out of a man, it goes through arid (dry) places seeking rest
3. In these last days finding a place where there is no word of God also not that easy for the evil spirit as in Mat 12:43, “and does not find it.”
4. So the evil spirit will try to come back to the same person, if that person is still available to the evil spirit to live again as in Mat 12:44 Then it says, 'I will return to the house I left.'
5. The truth is, if the person not having Jesus Christ in the heart that same evil spirit can reenter into his life as in Mat. 12:44, “When it arrives, it finds the house unoccupied, swept clean and put in order.”
6. But when it reenter into a person the evil spirit fearing that somebody may again cast that spirit out, so it will go and bring along with it some seven other spirits more wicked than itself to secure the place forever as in Mat 12:45, “Then it goes and takes with it seven other spirits more wicked than itself, and they go in and live there.” – [the evil spirit will be willing to work and serve all the seven bigger devils like a servant than loosing that person into whom it is living. In another words the evil spirit will do any thing to destroy a person’s life. That much they are focused and they will work as a big team to achieve their goals.]
7. Because of this great team work the evil spirit is having the last condition of that man is very bad if he is not allowing the lord to rule his heart as in Mat 12:45, “And the final condition of that man is worse than the first.” That is how it will be with this wicked generation."

May the lord help each one of us to give our hearts to the lord Jesus Christ so that the evil spirit cannot enter into our lives again. Amen.

Further Bible Study

Mark 1:23 to 26, “Just then a man in their synagogue who was possessed by an evil spirit cried out, "What do you want with us, Jesus of Nazareth? Have you come to destroy us? I know who you are--the Holy One of God!" "Be quiet!" said Jesus sternly. "Come out of him!" The evil spirit shook the man violently and came out of him with a shriek.”
Mark 5:2 to 8, “When Jesus got out of the boat, a man with an evil spirit came from the tombs to meet him. This man lived in the tombs, and no one could bind him any more, not even with a chain. For he had often been chained hand and foot, but he tore the chains apart and broke the irons on his feet. No one was strong enough to subdue him. Night and day among the tombs and in the hills he would cry out and cut himself with stones. When he saw Jesus from a distance, he ran and fell on his knees in front of him. He shouted at the top of his voice, "What do you want with me, Jesus, Son of the Most High God? Swear to God that you won't torture me!" For Jesus had said to him, "Come out of this man, you evil spirit!"
Mark 7:25 to 30, “In fact, as soon as she heard about him, a woman whose little daughter was possessed by an evil spirit came and fell at his feet. The woman was a Greek, born in Syrian Phoenicia. She begged Jesus to drive the demon out of her daughter. "First let the children eat all they want," he told her, "for it is not right to take the children's bread and toss it to their dogs." "Yes, Lord," she replied, "but even the dogs under the table eat the children's crumbs." Then he told her, "For such a reply, you may go; the demon has left your daughter." She went home and found her child lying on the bed, and the demon gone.”

Today's Prayer

Americas

1 Increasing economic integration. NAFTA (North American Free Trade Area) and MERCOSUR (Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay and Uruguay) are changing trading patterns
2 Continued fragility of democratic institutions in many countries
3 The huge movements of population — such as Latin Americans to North America, Nicaraguans to Costa Rica, Brazilians from the poor northeastern states to Amazonia and the inflow of Asians to the Americas — especially Chinese
4 The insidious growth of HIV/AIDS infection
5 The rise of an anti-Christian secularism that seeks to marginalize the Church through control of the media and legislation
