Dear Brothers and sisters of "Baroda Bible Club".

Loving Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. In this month of September we can have the real blessings of God and ask God for the fruits of the Spirit. Many are not at all asking God to bless them. There are many different types of strengths people are showing each other on this earth. Some are so happy about their money power they think that is their strength. But some are evaluating studies as their strength. Some are thinking the physical strength tuning their measles is the real strength. Some are thinking if they have connections in the very high influential society that is their real strength. But here the psalmist says in Psa 84:5 "Happy are those whose strength comes from you." [Psa 84:5 "Blessed are those whose strength is in you" NIV].

In this month I just want to encourage you to wait in the presence of God as in Isa 40:30 "Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall. Also in Isa 40:31 "but those who wait in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.

If you ask me why we have to wait in the presence of God and gain this strength there are two main reasons I like to give here.

Firstly in 2 Sam 22:30 "With your help, I can attack an army. In the life of the prophet Elijah he all alone worked against the 450 prophets of the Baal, the King, the Queen and the nation. In 1 Ki 18:19 Now summon the people from all over Israel to meet me on Mount Carmel. And bring the four hundred and fifty prophets of Baal and the four hundred prophets of Asherah, who eat at Jezebel's table."

In 1 Ki 18:46 "The Lord gave his power to Elijah. Elijah tightened his clothes around him. Then he ran ahead of King Ahab all the way to Jezreel.

Secondly, With God's help, I can jump over a wall. Also in Psa 18:29 "With your help I can attack an army. With God's help I can jump over a wall. Many times we feel some hurdle is before us and we could not do what we life to do due to some thing which always stops us to do good things. But even if it is a big Jericho wall buy the power of God it can be destroyed so you need not to worry about any thing.

May the Lord help each one of us to gain strength to destroy all obstacles and go forward with the strength of the Lord.
