“Ezek 3:9 I will make your forehead like the hardest stone, harder than flint. Do not be afraid of them or terrified by them, though they are a rebellious house."

Dear brothers and sisters,

Loving Greetings to all our Baroda Bible Club members in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. For this month let us see from this verse in “Ezek 3:9 I will make your forehead like the hardest stone, harder than flint. Do not be afraid of them or terrified by them, though they are a rebellious house."

For all those who are doing a ministry for God it is a good encouragement. The ministry is for doing all these things as a prophet of God [a prophet of God means the one who is above all as in Jer 1:10 See, I have this day set you over the nations and over the kingdoms,] It is a unique ministry.

1. To root out and to pull down,

2. To destroy and to throw down,

3. To build and to plant."

To do this task God makes as like this as in “Ezek 3:9 I will make your forehead like the hardest stone, harder than flint. Similar words are in Jer 1:17 to 19, "Therefore prepare yourself and arise, And speak to them all that I command you. Do not be dismayed before their faces, Lest I dismay you before them. For behold, I have made you this day A fortified city and an iron pillar, And bronze walls against the whole land; Against the kings of Judah, Against its princes, Against its priests, And against the people of the land. They will fight against you, But they shall not prevail against you. For I am with you," says the LORD, "to deliver you."

Do not be afraid of them or terrified by them, though they are a rebellious house." We need not to be afraid of any group even though they are rebellious in nature. Because in 2 Tim 1:7 For God has not given us a spirit of fear, [Fear always comes from the devil.]

1. God has given us a spirit of power

2. God has given us a spirit of love

3. God has given us a spirit of a sound mind.

In Ezek 2:6 And there are some do not’s here for us,

1. Son of man, do not be afraid of them

2. Son of man, do not be afraid of their words.

3. Do not be afraid, though briers and thorns are all around you

4. Son of man, do not be afraid even if you live among scorpions.

5. Do not be afraid of what they say or terrified by them,

6. Son of man, do not be afraid, though they are a rebellious house.

In Ezek 2:7 There are some do’s list here for us.

You must speak my words to them, whether they listen or fail to listen, for they are rebellious.
In Ezek 2:8 But you, son of man, listen to what I say to you.
Do not rebel like that rebellious house;
Open your mouth and eat what I give you."
In Ezek 3:1 And he said to me, "Son of man, eat what is before you,
Eat this scroll; then go and speak to the house of Israel."

May the Lord help each one of us to stand as the real prophets of God boldly in these last days so that the perfect will of God will be done in our lives.
