God's Promise For October - 2000

Isa 43:4 Since (1.), you are precious and (2.), honored in my sight, and because I love you, I will give men in exchange for you, and people in exchange for your life.

Isa 43:5 Do not be afraid, for I am with you; I will bring your children from the east and gather you from the west.

Isa 43:6 I will say to the north, 'Give them up!' and to the south, 'Do not hold them back.' Bring my sons from afar and my daughters from the ends of the earth

  • You are precious in God’s Sight.

Since we are very Precious to God,
1. He will save us from the cruel people who can hurt us. In Psa 72:14 He will save them from cruel people who try to hurt them. Their lives are precious to him.

2. Even our death is more valuable to God. That is why Apostle Paul says death as a gain. In Psa 116:15 The death of one that belongs to him is precious to the Lord.

3. We are more valuable to God that is why the bible says the value of a soul is more than the whole world. In Mark 8:37 "Or what can a man give in exchange for his soul?" In Lam 4:2 The precious people of Jerusalem were more valuable than gold.

Fourthly, God will take the full responsibility over us. In Zec 2:8 This is what the Lord of heaven's armies says: "Whoever hurts you hurts what is precious to me." So the Lord will honor me. And he will send me to speak against those nations who scattered you.

Fifthly, We are precious because we are not by gold or silver but by the blood of the Lamb. In 1 Pet 1:19 You were bought with the precious blood of the death of Christ, who was like a pure and perfect lamb.

  • You are honored in the sight of God.

The true honour comes from God. Jesus our Lord said in John 12:26 "Whoever serves me must follow me; and where I am, my servant also will be. My Father will honor the one who serves me. In Prov 27:18 he who looks after his master will be honored.

Isa 49:5 And now the LORD says-- he who formed me in the womb to be his servant to bring Jacob back to him and gather Israel to himself, for I am honored in the eyes of the LORD and my God has been my strength

Rom 2:10 & 11. but glory, honor and peace for everyone who does good: first for the Jew, then for the Gentile. For God does not show favoritism. Apostle Paul says in Rom 8:18 For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory that is to be revealed to us.

The Promise of God for your ministry

  • "because I love you, I will give men in exchange for you, and people in exchange for your life".

Mark 8:38 If anyone is ashamed of me and my words in this adulterous and sinful generation, the Son of Man will be ashamed of him when he comes in his Father's glory with the holy angels." God told Apostle Paul this in Acts 18:9 & 10 Now the Lord spoke to Paul in the night by a vision, "Do not be afraid, but speak, and do not keep silent; "for I am with you, and no one will attack you to hurt you; for I have many people in this city."

  • Do not be afraid, for I am with you.

God has told this to many in the bible to many people this encouraging sataement.

Isaac. Gen 26:24 That night the LORD appeared to him and said, "I am the God of your father Abraham. Do not be afraid, for I am with you; I will bless you and will increase the number of your descendants for the sake of my servant Abraham."

Jacob: Gen 28:15 I am with you and will watch over you wherever you go,

Joshua: Josh 3:7 "Today I will begin to exalt you in the eyes of all Israel, so they may know that I am with you as I was with Moses.

People: Hag 1:13 Then Haggai, the Lord's messenger, gave this message of the LORD to the people: "I am with you," declares the LORD.

Zerubbabel: Hag 2:4 But now be strong, O Zerubbabel,' declares the LORD. 'Be strong, O Joshua son of Jehozadak, the high priest. Be strong, all you people of the land,' declares the LORD, 'and work. For I am with you,' declares the LORD Almighty.

To the Disciples: Mat 28:20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."

Apostle Paul: In Acts 18:10 For I am with you, Why He is with us? (to protect you only) no one is going to attack and harm you,

What we can do when He is with us? ( Gain more people for God’s kingdom) because I have many people in this city."

  • I will bring your children from the east and gather you from the west.

Cain: Gen 4:16 So Cain went out from the Lord's presence and lived in the land of Nod, east of Eden.

Abram: Gen 12:8 From there he went on toward the hills east of Bethel and pitched his tent,

Lot: Gen 13:11 So Lot chose for himself the whole plain of the Jordan and set out toward the east. The two men parted company: When Lot went to east God told him about West: Gen 13:14 The LORD said to Abram after Lot had parted from him, "Lift up your eyes from where you are and look north and south, east and west.

Jacob: Gen 28:14 Your descendants will be like the dust of the earth, and you will spread out to the west and to the east, to the north and to the south. All peoples on earth will be blessed through you and your offspring.

Satan cannot spoil the work of your hand. Your Children for whom you spent more of your time will come to you one day. You can see the fruit of your labor. May the Lord bless you.
